Course Completion on Knowledge Check Question

In Rise, along with course completion based on a quiz score, I also want to be able to track course completion based on a knowledge check question. This way, I can use an inline attestation of course completion without building a separate quiz page and asking the learner to go to yet another screen to answer the one-question attestation, get the quiz score, and then go to the Exit button. 

I'd prefer to create an inline knowledge check asking them if they attest to completing the course, lock the progress so they can't proceed to the Exit button without answering, and then drop the Exit button block right below the question. This enables me to do an elegant closing on a single page.
