Cue Point Snapping

My recommendation is to add a feature to Articulate Storyline 360:

Hold the Shift key down when dragging a Cue Point on the timeline to snap the Cue Point to the exact next timeline increment (e.g. .125, .25. .375, .5, .625, .75, .875, 1.0, etc.).

This makes it easier for users to line up cue points with objects starting at given increments.
