Extend Reach360 search into course lessons and contained content please!
Who wishes you could search Reach360 library courses using keywords contained within the course, not just the title??! For example, the user is looking for content on being unmotivated. Feeling unmotivated is a lesson within the ‘5 Career Roadblocks and How to Overcome Them’ course. How efficient and convenient would it be for the user to search the library by ‘unmotivated’ and receive search results for any course that contained ‘unmotivated’ content? Let’s hear it! And please share ideas on how you have overcome this current limitation. Thank you!
Hi kporfidio!
Thanks for the feedback on the type of functionality you'd like to see in Reach 360!
I noticed you've also connected with my teammate Georvy, through a support case. As Georvy shared, using the search field in the Browse Library section will only search for course titles, but not with relevant keywords that align with course contents.
We've shared your request with our product team, and will be sure to update you if this enhancement makes it to our Feature Roadmap.

Thanks Steve! Is it possible to update my enhancement request with the following details? Another way to search for courses in the library that would be very helpful would be to allow for adding keywords/tags associated to the course while publishing to Reach 360, or with in the course section in Reach 360. Allowing the author to associate a list of keywords to the course would support users searching for the course without needing the ability to search into the course content. So when users search for the course using an associated keyword, the course title would display in the results. Ironically and apparently inaccurate, chatGPT thinks that is already a feature. ;) Thank you!
