Quizmaker 360 Pick Many - Selected answers

Please can we have more than just the glow options for selected answers - none of these show up in any significant way when using our corporate theme, particularly when using simple coloured rectangles to contain the answer options. 

I just want to be able to change the object background in the same way as an A360 state change if possible. Or even just a background change, or a hard, thick outline colour would work.
