Rise navigation - auto collapse/expand navigation menu option
The “Begin with sections expanded” toggle is a great addition and already helps improve course navigation. Building on this, it would be valuable to also have an auto collapse/expand navigation menu option—similar to how navigation behaves in Storyline.
For longer courses, a collapsed menu provides a much cleaner and less overwhelming interface. At the same time, automatically expanding the current section as the learner progresses would preserve context and help learners clearly see where they are in the course. This balance between a streamlined layout and contextual awareness would significantly improve the learner experience, especially in content‑heavy courses.
