Solution - Storyline for android

Oct 30, 2013

Hi everyone, for a few days I was trying to use the Storyline to android and had many complications, however I found a possible solution installing photon browser, it´s a bit slow even working properly scorm and drag and drop.

I hope they can use this information.

Greetings!

Maria,

Thought you might like this link explaining how to convert a storyline project into an android app!

As mentioned by the author of the blog, the project runs rather sluggish and might not (yet) be a viable option for bigger, more serious projects.

Nice proof of concept though.

Hi Rutwin, thanks for linking to my blog! Can't wait to get support for Android; Captivate recently did, your move Storyline

Has anyone tried using the Puffin browser for Android?

I had tried both the Photon and Puffin (the free version) and they worked okay. The Storyline Flash content looked a bit 'washed out' (see below screenshot) and there was a noticeable performance lag, but all the elements I tried (radio buttons, video object, etc.) worked.

THANKS for the update!

I've tried Puffin with the iPad and got fairly good results but had not tried it with an Android device yet.
