How long does it usually take to upload a file for a support case? I've been waiting for over 30 minutes for the "send request" button to stp spinning.
Hi Cary! Nope, it should not take that long. I checked just now and I do not see a case for you either, so I assume that you did not get it to go through. Please let me know how I can assist you.
I'm also finding that the submite support case takes ages and ages to load. Then when it eventually loads I submit the case and nothing happens... How can I submit a case??? PLEASE DO NOT REPLY with "Please let me know how I can assist you."
Hi Peter and welcome to E-Learning Heroes! This is not a common occurrence that I am aware of, which is why I reached out to the user.
I do see where you have successfully sent files to support (case #00352239 for my records) and it has been assigned to Jonathan so he should be contacting you soon.
Just thought I'd jump in and let you know that when I'm using Firefox and click that submit button, it LOOKS like absolutely nothing happens (currently FF 23.0.1 - but the last several iterations have done this). Turns out, the cases HAVE actually been submitted, but FF doesn't "finish" with a prompt. Not sure if this is what's going on with y'all, but just in case.
I gave up after trying for an hour. I eventually figured out the problem that I was having with the lesson and the LMS myself. The issue with uploading could have been on my end.
Hi Peter! Just popping back in after following up on your case, it seems that with Justin's help you were able to get your issue resolved. Just let us know if you need anything further.
I second the TGIF!! We do not recommend a specific browser, although there are specifications for viewing content that can be found here. I am using Chrome and have no issues. I just checked in IE (I have IE10) and saw what you are reporting. So, simply run in compatibility mode to see if that helps because it worked for me
I find this upload problematic no matter what browser I use. It sometimes just chokes on larger files. I have a trick to get around this for you Dropbox users. Instead of using the upload feature I put my story file in Dropbox and just paste the shared link in the text field.

Hi All,

I have no issues with IE or Chrome.
That page still takes ages to load (around 20 to 30 minutes) in Chrome and Firefox

Thanks for the update Cary. With the amount of support cases that get submitted each day, it must not be giving too many people trouble

Where is "Submit a Support Case" I cannot locate it. I have been "off" Articulate for awhile.
This is the location I just used to submit a file to be helped with.

Thanks that is what i found but there is no submit case button??? browser issues????
Hi Carmen! Can you try a different browser? Another user just had this same issue yesterday. What browser are you using?
In general, is there a browser that articulate works better with? I seem to be having issues no matter which browser I use? thanks and TGIF!

Good tip too Nancy for file upload issues, poor Carmen could not even get that far.
