When I open a very important project tells me

This project can not be opened. It may Have Been created in a newer version of Storyline

I've followed all your advice, what should I do!??

Hi there Rosy,

I apologize for the delay. I was able to find a support case that you submitted for this issue (#00343654 for my reference). I do see that Cleo is currently working with you on this and he sent you some additional troubleshooting steps this afternoon.

If you're still having trouble with this after following his suggestions, please respond to Cleo so he can continue working with you on this.

I'll keep an eye on the progress of the case and try to follow up with you here on the forums.

Hi Yggy and welcome to Heroes!

Sorry to hear that you're experiencing the same behavior, and the trial version is a full version of Storyline, but I'd want to confirm that you're working with local project files as described here.  You may also want to try importing the existing file into a new Storyline project as described here. 

If the behavior persists on new files, please also conduct the repair of Storyline in the event that an error occurred during your install.
