So I have a simple drag and drop question that is working well for me.
However the user has the option to Try Again. For some reason I cannot get the Try Again button to take me back to the start of the slide and let the quiz begin again. Any ideas what I am doing wrong here?
The try again is a layer created on top of your quiz slide. If you'd like it to return you to the slide's start, and therefore reset the drag items you'd need to add the trigger to "jump to slide this slide (the slide number)" and that would "refresh" the slide. If you are going to allow the user unlimited attempts, you're good to go at this point. If you need them only to attempt the question a set number of times, you'll need to track a variable and one of community members has shared a good video on how to set that up.
Thanks - it looks like you shared the Storyline published output - and I'll need to take a look at the .story file which is the file prior to publishing so that I could see all those elements as mentioned.

I am still having problems with the "Try Again" button. I watched the video and followed all of the steps but its still not working.
Hi Helena,
Could you share your .story file so that we could take a look at all your slide properties and triggers?
Ok, I will upload it.
