Unable to Access "Library" Screen to Edit Presenters

I need to edit my Presenters; so when I navigate to "Slide Properties" and then click the "Library" button on the bottom, nothing happens..... I get no screen.... the hard drive grinds... but I get no screen. This is a new laptop with an I7 processor and 8GB of RAM so I shouldn't have any hardware issues.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Ok... I was able to edit the Presenters by navigating to a different area. Since the "Library" button in the "Slide Properties" window was not working; I was able to navigate to the Publishing screen and enter the "Presenter" screen there.

Not sure if this is happening with anybody else, but there's the quick fix for that issue.
