I've been using the states function (which is great) with no issues.
But all of a sudden I've got an example where I click on an object, to change the state, and when the state changes the new state is added on as a semi-transparent overlay, rather than replacing the previous state.
I'm not sure how this has happened and don't know how to switch it off - any ideas anyone??

built in states are additive to the normal state, custom states are not additive
Hi there
Thanks for the response!
So I suppose that means I can't use 'disabled' unless I'm ok with it being additive? - Any ideas on how to switch the hover state off?
just delete the state
