1.) When mouse goes over video showing "click hand" - how to tu turn off, user think that maybe he shud click in video (I have and I need to have playbar with pauze, is hand showing on all video becouse of that?) 2. When video is finish button in the playbar movie stops but PLAY in playbar under movie dosn't work. Why?
Likely yes, the hand is showing when you're over the video as you're able to click in the video's frame to play or pause it - since you need to have the play/pause bar, I'm not sure there is a way around. You could try to place a transparent shape over the video portion, and that may remove the hand functionality.
For your second question, are you referring to the play button within the video itself?

1. error = when you close video (zamknij) and you come back - it still run. How to automaticly stop it at all oraz pause it? 2. error = when video is finish and you try play again from PLAYBAR it not wors. It not play again.
Can you tell us a bit more about how you're testing this? I just published it to the web via Tempshare (http://s3.amazonaws.com/tempshare-stage.storyline.articulate.com/stp1882qop94iqd186s1gf51m6u1i8s4/story.html) and tested it withing Google Chrome and the video was working fine using the close button and it was automatically pausing, I could also stop it using the play/pause button on the video player set up close the video layer and then revisit it and select play again. When the video finished, it seemed to jump back a few seconds within the video seekbar - so hitting play again just brought me through the last four or five seconds of the video, but I was able to use the seekbar to bring the video back to the start.
I'm testing that NOW in Storyline, in file that I send you and I make publish and I tested this in Firefox, Chrome and Gom Player. On different computers. The same story.
And....... under link tha you send me (in firefox) nothing changes! :(
Errors:
1. When I close video it still rollin when I came back to the layer. How to automaticly STOP video AND PLAY from begin if I revisit this layer? 2. When video is finish and I press PLAY in playbar it's not working . Video not starting from begin. All what I can do is rewind by moving "click mouse" on playbar .
I also tested this in Chrome !

My apologies, I misunderstood the error you were describing - I thought you meant that the video was continuing while you were on the layer. To ensure that if you close the layer, the video will begin from the very start is to change the properties within that layer to "Reset to initial state" on revisiting, as then the layer will also show the video at the very beginning.
In regards to your second error, if you set the layer properties to "hide layer when timeline finishes" - once the video finishes (the whole timeline, not with the video seekbar) the video will be reset, and you'll be able to choose the play button again. I've tested this version once again in Google Chrome, and included it here for you: http://aterwilliger.articulate-online.com/9369910439
