Video losing volume in Storyline depending on frame size?

Hi,

I'm trying to work with video in Storyline. For whatever reason every time I try and import video with a format 1280x720 for example the audio is so faint I can barely hear it. If I import the same video in 640x480 for example it works fine.The original video was shot in HD format 1280x720. I've tried every importing every format that my video editing software is capable of producing and it's the same with all of them. Tried avi, mp4, mov, wmv.

Any ideas because it's driving me insane?

OK....Storyline isn't the issue. No idea what is causing the problem but it ain't Storyline.

Thanks for the update - and if your certain it's not something occurring in Storyline, I'm not sure how much help I'd be - but our community might be able to weigh in! You may want to share a bit more here about where you created them, what's happening outside of Storyline, etc.

Hi Steve,

I have the same issue but haven't tried yet different video sizes. It's on the way.

Could you please tell us how you solved this issue ?

I believe it's a Storyline issue, what do you think ?
