New and Eager To Learn

My name is Kaitlyn, and I work in Talent Management in Higher Education. I am here because I have always enjoyed making learning an impactful, engaging, and accessible experience. My main goal is to learn how to create learning environments in Storyline that allow for both the “compliance” (with an emphasis on clear communication) and the “that was easy to navigate and interactive” user experience. I plan to use Storyline to push what can be done to improve learning for our employees, so they feel more empowered and engaged during professional development, and so learning is made easier. I am interested in learning more about JavaScript and instructional design. I have a fair handle on the basics with triggers, variables, and animations.
