Sometimes we need to provide our learners with a little bit of extra information. Do so in an elegant fashion by using this Additional Resources template slide. It features icons from this amazing, free icon set, so feel free to download the set and swap out the icons based on your project requirements.
I have some Articulate Presenter '13 courses that I would like to add something like this to. Does anyone have suggestions on how to make this work in Presenter? It's a good slide.
Thanks for sharing this Nicole. Have a query - how does Text "Navigation", "Contact" appear when mouse is hovered over on the icons? I am able to understand the rest except this part.
Hi Malvika,
If you want to see how the text is moving when it's hovered, you have to click on the "Edit State Tab" at the bottom of the screen. Then click on the "Change State button" and on the "Hover state" to see the text appeared at the bottom of the slide. You can check how the animation is done by selecting the text and look up in the "Animation Tab" to see the Fly in - Fly out effects.
Hope it'll help.
Daniel
I understand how to edit states, but I don't understand how you combined the text with the image while editing states? I have tried a few times on my own, but I can't seem to figure it out. I am creating my own template that is similar
Hi Brianna. I struggled with this, too.
From the Base Layer, select the image > States > Edit > Hover. From here click the text box below the image on the slide to edit the text.
Bada bing.
