Maybe it's because I've never played mindmaster butI really don't understand what I'm supposed to do with this game. Instructions flow too fast and aren't very clear. I do really like the concept though.
I think there's something wrong with the logic. I put 4 of the same color (yellow) , it shows me 3 colors are correct, but none in the right place. But how is that possible ? if 3 of the colors are correct, at least two of them should be in the correct position, so should show 2 black balls.
Whice one is the correct order of the balls? Blue-Orange-Cyan-Yellow? I have already selected this order as it seems to be the correct one in the triggers panel.
Yes, that's the correct order. The problem is, for example, since yellow is a correct color, if you choose yellow 3 times, it will tell you that you got 3 colors correct, when in fact it should tell you you only got 1 color correct. What I did was to create a variable, so that even if the player chooses any of the correct colors more than once, it will only register as one color correct.
The problem is that it doesn't read that all colors are correct even if all colors are correct (if that makes sense). What I've done is to attach the trigger to when the user clicks the arrow, and if all colors are correct it goes to 2.1 slide. So - jump to 2.1 when user clicks arrow if ball 1 is blue, ball 2 is orange, ball 3 is cyan, and ball 4 is yellow.
P.S. I will share the corrected version once done, as I'm having to edit all the layers and it's a lot! :)
It might need a refresh. When I try it using a current version of Edge, I select orange and end up with a white blank page. Look like it would be very cool.
