Creative drag-and-drop solution for simulating connection lines between matching objects. This template is fully editable and a great example of how users share new ideas for using our tools.
How do you customize or change the lines that are drawn from each circle to show where it was dragged and dropped? If it cannot be changed then each question slide will have the same movement.
I've been able to add additional options and move things about quite nicely. The template uses states, the ones that took me a while to find and are the most useful are on the left hand text boxes to create the line effects. It's very clever. I did have to create my own number images as red is not in our branding :-)
For some reason, when downloading this file on the new articulate 360 I don't see the triggers working in preview. The triggers are in place to change the state of the rectangle but after downloading the file and opening it on 360 to preview - the states don't change. Can someone help me with this?
Can this matching be used in Studio 360 through Quizmaker? The matching drag and drop in Quizmaker, while effective is limited. I tried to find specific examples for quizmaker with no luck...
When the user gets all of the answers correct and clicks Submit, the Correct feedback layer shows up no problem. However, if the user gets it wrong and clicks Submit, nothing happens. There is no change whatsoever to the screen. Any ideas how to correct that? I'm using Storyline in Articulate 360 and the only thing I changed is the text. Thanks!
Hey gang! Looks like the template needed to be republished in the latest version of Storyline 360. Please give this updated file a try and let me know what you think.
Love this David, trying to plug in my data to test the interaction but I must be doing something wrong. Once I publish and try to test it, it pops up "invalid answer; You must complete the question before submitting."
I am running in the latest version of SL 360. Any tips?
Excellent. This is what I was looking for. Thank you :) In preview the lines connecting the items aren't connecting properly. I am new to Storyline but I think I will be able to fix it. I just wanted to let you know.
