It uses the "Mouse Over" action available in Powerpoint!

This is probably a silly question but I cannot figure this out for the life of me. I added a couple additional tabs at the bottom since I have a bit more content, but now I can't get the little arrow and the hover over transition to cooperate. Where is that controlled? I looked under Transitions, Animations and the Slide Master and can't figure out how to get the arrow back in the order it needs to be in.
