Click the Design menu on the ribbon, then click Format Background. Then under Insert Picture from, click the File button (or Clipboard, or Online), and select a new pic. Hope that helps!
Karen, the title text is located on the Master Slide. To access this go to the View menu and select Slide Master. Select the Title Slide Layout(s) and edit the text accordingly. Hope that helps! Doug.
