Here's a handy set of resources that allow you to quickly create character-based scenarios in Articulate Storyline, Quizmaker, or Presenter. Bryan Jones of eLearningArt shared these resources, which include Articulate source files as well as a mini pack of one female character and one male character.
Bryan explains how to use these resources in this forum post, where he even added a series of screencasts that demonstrate how to leverage the files for rapid scenario-building.
