I love it too, but am unable to open and save for some reason. Message says it may have been created in newer version of storyline, but I just bought and installed a couple months ago. Any ideas? Thanks!

Hey there Kathy! Sorry to hear that you're experiencing this odd behavior. I'd like to confirm that you're working with local project files as described here: www.articulate.com/.../create-edit-and-publish-articulate-storyline-courses-on-your-local-hard-drive
You may also want to try importing the existing file into a new Storyline project as described here: community.articulate.com/.../importing-from-another-storyline-project.aspx
If the behaviour persists on new files, please also conduct the repair of Storyline in the event that an error occurred during your install. (www.articulate.com/.../how-to-repair-articulate-storyline)
Thank you!
I've tried to download this file and extract it several times, but to no avail. Is there a new download link or is anyone else experiencing this issue?
I just downloaded it now and the link worked fine using Chrome browser. The problem may be that you do not have a unzip software as the download is a zip file. Check your "Downloads" folder on your C Drive and you will may find the Zip file there. If you have a zip software you will see your software choice when you right hand click over the zip file and select "Open with". If you have none then you can download WinRAR or Winzip etc
Give it a try ...
Best of luck

Hi Eimear, I use Chrome, 7-Zip File Manager and the file is in my downloads. However, It's almost as if the entire file is not downloading. I just decided to create a interaction tab.
Thank you for your help.
This template was easy to use and it looks fantastic, however I don't seem to have any 'previous' or 'next' buttons on the bottom of the screen as per usual. Can anybody advise me on how to get them onto the slide? I've checked my 'player' settings and it looks like they should be there.
Thank you, Helen
In your Slide Layers pane, locate your "Base Layer". Just to the right of it is a 'gear' - click to access Slide Properties. Insert a checkmark next to Prev and Next under Slide Navigation Controls. Tada!
Sorry, ignore my comment re previous and next buttons - all sorted now and I don't think it was anything to do with this template. Thanks again - this template really is lovely.
