This handsome and functional tabs design was shared in this forum thread. There are six different tab layouts to choose from, featuring hover states and visited states on each, and pre-built slide layers for each tab's content.
How do you edit the rounded rectangles "Heading one's" and "subheading goes below" I can only write on top of them when I click edit text.
Thanks for sharing this!
Shelby,
I hope I didn't confuse you! I misread your question.
The tab button text is part of the "Normal' state. Click "Edit States" to edit the button text.
Please let me know if you have any more questions! I apologize if I confused you!
Thanks that helps!
One more question - I have figured out the slide layers but I can figure out how to add on to each of the slide layers. I want to make additional slides behind each layer.
Do I need to do more layers behind each slide layer - is this possible? Or do I need to do new scene and direct it from the slide layer to the new scense?
Thanks!!
Hi Shelby!
Are you trying to add content to the existing layers? I am not totally clear about what you want to achieve. Can you give me an example?
You can add content to the existing layers and to use the timeline to control the stacking order. Just add objects, open the timeline and move the timeline position up or down to control the stacking order.
:-)
Hi Mo, you will need Articulate Storyline to open the file. Here's where you can get a free trial version if you don't already have Storyline: www.articulate.com/freetrial
Hi Laura! Yes, for sure - in Storyline, click on the Home tab and then click Player. When the player properties window appears, there will be a checkbox called "Title"... you can either unmark the checkbox to turn the title off, or modify the title text to be whatever you like: cl.ly/.../0E183a073O0l
Hi Jeanette, nice template. Quick question. I have modified this interaction to make it a process explorer. So I have some content above, a linear flowchart in the middle and a spaces to display info about each setp in the area below the flowchart. But when I click a flowchart box it dims the background layer and makes it inactive. How do I disable this so that learners can explore the flowchart freely, without having to close a pop-up for each step? Please note I have turned off all the slide layer properties for each layer and turned off all the dim non-selected layer checkboxes both in the layers and on the button states.
