If you've ever worked on an e-learning project that involved juggling the design and development of multiple courses, you may have wished for a smart way to keep the project team updated on the status of each deliverable and a single source to update with all of the latest link(s). 

Here's one new tool to add to your arsenal: a customizable e-learning project dashboard built in Storyline. This simple tabbed layout gives you the flexibility to adjust my design with your own project links, images, and resources. And the easy-to-update pie graphs give a nice-at-a-glance glimpse of key metrics for each project on your dashboard.

You're welcome, Scott! And yes, you will need to update the pie graphs and make any other adjustments before you republish. I tend to copy the URLs for my newly updated courses along with any other stats I want to share into my Notes app and then just copy/paste into the dashboard. Then I publish and upload to the same location as the previous dashboard version, overwriting the file so the dashboard link remains the same. Hope that helps!

Hi Katherine. Glad you found this project useful! Personally, I don't think I'd use this project to link to courses that are already published to my LMS. I see this more as a resource for helping project stakeholders to stay in the loop on projects that are in development. Used in that way, you'd just link to projects that are published to a web server. Here are a few options for sharing your Articulate projects with others that don't require the use of an LMS (https://www.articulate.com/support/storyline-2/publishing-and-sharing-articulate-storyline-content-sl2).
