Have you ever seen a Storyline project where one slide seems to transition seamlessly to the next one? It's a pretty neat effect, and it's really easy to create by lining up the shapes on your slides and using the Push transitions available in Storyline. Take a closer look at how it's done by downloading this example file.
A great alternative to zoom regions which will be particularly helpful if you wanted to use zoom regions but have a lot of content on screen. Thank you! :-)
Hi Nicole, super cool, I like it!!! At the same time, I am thinking if I want to "go back" to see the previous page for review, how can make that happen (seems only "next" for advancing, no "prev" in this case)? Need to use "motion path" feature other than the "transitions/push" and is it another topic??? I really like this kind of effect to change to another slide (go back and forth), I have tried the "motion path" feature before but I feel it is more completed and I screwed it up, if "transitions/push" can also make the "back" happen in this case, that would be so NEAT. I don't know if it's possible in this case. Any thoughts?
Thank you so much.
Phoebe I know this post is from a long time ago, however was wondering if you we ever able to find a solution to going back and still keeping the seamless scroll effect?
Hi Nicole,
I really love this seamless scroll effect! If I wanted to put an audio track in the slide and time the transitions, do you know how I might do that, please?
Thanks,
Laura
I have tried the demo and I see a narrow (1-pixel thick) line at the border between each slide during the transition. This is visible both in the preview and after publishing. This completely breaks the feeling of a seamless transition. I also tried making my own version in a new project and I see the same thing.
If I preview your demo using the link you provided in your OP I do not see the line.
