Hi Hassun! I created the flip effect by adding a swivel animation to the card. I edited the duration to .25 and then cut and pasted the card onto the selected layer.

Thanks, Sarah. However, I can't for the life of me figure out how the swivel is triggered. No matter where I look, I don't see the swivel animation or how it's triggered when the card is clicked on.

Hey Noel! If you select the card, click Edit States, and then Selected state, you can see the swivel animation I added to the group. Hope that helps!

Hi Noel. Technically, you can't add animations to objects already in a state. I just used a little trick to add the animation. All I did was cut the object from the desired state (CTRL+X), paste it onto the slide (CTRL+V), add the animation, and then cut and paste it back into the state.

Newbie/beginner here. If I want to change questions/answers as well as add additional flashcards, what would be the best way to do this?

Hi Nikki! To edit a question, just double-click it to open it in Slide View. To edit the answer text on the other side of the flashcard, click Edit States, then click on the Selected state. To add additional cards, duplicate the slide and edit as needed. Thanks for sharing Sarah - I like the pre-built flashcard flip interaction that's in Rise but haven't developed a Rise course yet (soon!) and this is sort of a mimics it, nice work! #Imausethat :)

PS: I found another Hero that created and shared an even better replica. I improved on it and added a 'flip back' feature which was missing. Still not as smooth as I'd like but not bad for 30 min. of fidgeting with it. Part of the difference is the prebuilt swivel is faster in early part of the animation than as it finishes. Who can make this better? Can't share here (no upload button apparently as this is a downloads post lol); it's available in a Discussion post though. I have a quick question, I pretty new to SL but am having a blast with it! I LOVE your flashcards and are trying to use this as a practice/learning activity for our Clinical Lab Tech/Hematology class to learn to identify different cells. I've added additional cards (easy peasy) but I can't for the life of me figure out how to adjust the number on the results page from the 5 that is in there to the number I have added. I've done other quizzes and know how to use the form view but I can only seem to get that for the individual cards. On the results page it shows the numbers of cards I have but again, when using it, it defaults to the 5 to you had in there. Any suggestions? THANKS!

Hi Mary! Welcome to the world of Storyline! 😊 Glad to hear you're enjoying it! To edit the number 5 to whichever number you'd like, go to the Results slide and edit the 5 at the end of the variable text that is on the screen. It does look hidden so it's easy to miss! Sarah - oh my word...was that ever easy! I showed the mock up I did to the head of our clinical lab tech program and she is beyond excited about me working these up for her students. Thanks for the awesome download! My results slide always shows 0 of 7 (changed the results variable on the slide to 7), I can't figure out how to get the 0 to show the number of cards they have dropped on the correct side. Any ideas?

NVM, when I imported the download into my existing story it didn't pick up the variable for the results slide. I inserted a new results slide and reformatted it like the download, then deleted the imported results slide and now it's working fine.

Hello Sarah, I tried to adapt you Flashcard interaction adding a result slide but always show me all the answers incorrect in the review, the score is correct but whe reviewing is the problem.
