Hi Rachel! You can save the slides so they show up in your template options by:
With the story file open, click File>click Save As>use the Save as type drop-down to choose Storyline Template (storylinetemplate)>give the template a name>click Save.
You should now be able to access this template when selecting My Templates. For a complete instructions guide on using custom templates, check out this link:
