I am unable to change the tabs -- I need 10

You can add/edit or delete any tabs as they are just shapes. Check the Timeline to see if the lock icon is on for the Tabs.

Not a Mac user but I think Articulate 360 can be used on a Mac.

Six types of contracts fit on these six tabs perfectly without needing any additional formatting. I am so glad I didn't need seven tabs, as I am new and still learning to work with the triggers. Thanks @Richard Mulcahy for sharing.
