You’ll love solving the mystery at the heart of this Guru Honorable Mention winner. It’s a stellar example of combining beautiful visual design, game mechanics, and Storyline’s powerful features to create an engaging online learning experience.
This was great! Similar feel to that of LA Noire on Xbox. I was thoroughly engaged through the very end. I'm already thinking of ways we can incorporate a game-like style such as this into our eLearning courses. Very well done!
Great course! I would love to be able to see some of the source code to figure out how a lot of those interactions are done. I'm already thinking of ways to make our eLearnings more game like to keep our learners engaged and actually want to do training!
Images, fonts, voiceover, sound effects, music--all of it is so well coordinated that it really feels like an old Bogart movie. Love the humor, too! How much development time do you estimate this took, Kate?
This is AWESOME Kate. I'm trying to do something similar for a data privacy policy module. Are you willing to share your template for learning purposes?
Excellent training, incredible planning, and overall fun and exciting for the learner. I really enjoyed the Twin Peaks soundtrack as well. Great job, Kate!
Oh my world... This is the most beautiful job I have ever seen! A Movie, a Game, a Course, a training all packed into one! I loooove it. Kate.... which software programs did you assemble to achieve this apart from Storyline? I have a number of questions to ask... please can you help with a little tutorial or just a summarised breakdown of it's start till end?
Reminds me of how Myst was created with HyperCard in the way that you made it hard to tell you were even using Storyline to create this because the tool you used became invisible because of the great design!
