In this Rise 360 example, I've created an interactive online procedures manual for a fictional financial institution, First Vikings Bank. This project makes use of Rise 360 features like the text and image blocks, button stack blocks, and the process interaction block for a creative alternative to static, paper-based manuals.
Jinx! Love that you used Rise 360 for this. I hope you'll be able to share a stripped down version of your creation with the community at some point. I'd love to see what you put together!
Love this... especially the "just in time" downloads vs the general resources page. Really useful. I can't wait til Rise's scenario block is released as I could see how that could be integrated in something like this as well.
Hi Amy. You could include screenshots in most any block type that supports images. In my example, I used the process interaction block to walk through procedures step-by-step. That block type allows you to insert text, audio, images (animated gifs look great in Rise 360, by the way) as well as embed video. I hope I've answered your question, but if you need more information, just give me a shout!
Hi Michelle. Thanks for the kind words. I just tried to send you a copy of this Rise 360 project so you could use it as a template, but the email associated with your E-Learning Heroes profile isn't tied to an active Articulate 360 subscription. If there's another name I should look under, please let me know and I'll give it another shot. Thanks again!
Hey Michelle. Yes, I tried sending a copy of this Rise 360 project to your @uhcglobal email, but that email isn't tied to an Articulate 360 subscription, nor to a trial. Are you by chance using Storyline 3, rather than Articulate 360?
Thank you!
Warm regards,
Marci Sheer

Hello Trina,
I love this template. We are thinking about converting our procedures into a Rise course similar to this. The course would be pretty large as some of our client policy/procedures could be over 100 workflows, which each workflow would be a block or module with screen shots and videos. We would publish as an HTML to load on our internal intranet. I have a few questions and hope you can assist or point me to someone who can.
1. How would this affect the time it would take to load?
2. Is there a search feature within the course we could utilize?
3. We could potentially have 50 to 100 people trying to access the course at one time. Would this affect speed to load?
Any information would be appreciated. Thank you again for sharing the template!!
hi trina, i like how you used the buttons for downloads. but attaching a file does not appear to be one of available destination options. how would or did you use buttons to download files? thank you!
Hi Katherine. Personally, I find the attachments block is my go-to choice for providing downloadable resources right in my Rise 360 projects. You could also link to a webpage with downloadable resources using the button block.
Trina,
What a great idea. I have worked on a lot of SOPs in the past and this would give them a fresh look and feel. Could you send me the template too?
Great work! Thank you!
Hi Amy. Glad you've found this project so inspirational! If you scroll up to the description, you'll see some hyperlinked text reading "Send yourself a copy." Just click on that and it should automatically add a copy of this project to your Rise 360 dashboard!
I am late to the party. I don't necessarily need a copy, but would like to know how you created the sections/headers. I have had a hard time finding this option.
Thanks for sharing - your stuff is always so creative. It gives me a fresh perspective when I am in a rut!
