One of my favorite ways to use Rise 360 is for organizing and curating performance support content. In this example, I've created a toolkit for new people managers at a fictional workplace called Koelpin, Inc. By using the embed block in Rise 360, I'm able to share a selection of TED Talks on the themes of hiring and recruiting, maintaining work-life balance, and embracing a healthy level of conflict.
