I've done scenarios with VO, but I like how this text-based scenario works. One question is why do you choose to use a timed dialogue versus letting the user control the pace of the information? Second, have you considered actually letting us see Steve mistreat Marcus instead of explaining it? You may get additional emotional buy in if we are witness to Steve's bad behavior. I'm unable to see all the text in the bubbles (sometimes missing letters, sometimes the bubble is completely blank). Is this most likely network bandwidth issues? Would love to start creating some of this more engaging stuff, but very concerned learners won't be able to view it properly.
