This is great! I do want to make one comment about language choices here, though, which is that "Young" is a very subjective term, whereas "Over 40" is a very objective one. These two terms do not go together. It'd be much better to use objective terms for both ("Under 40" vs. "Over 40" instead of "Young" vs. "Over 40") so you don't risk alienating, irritating, or even hurting the feelings of some of your learners right off the bat.
This is great...I do agree with Meg, though. A slight change in the age-related language would make it less subjective (especially for those of us who are in the "Over 40" category :-) ).
Thanks for sharing this. How did you present the final screen? I'm looking to do something similar -- where I prescribe action based on how they respond to individual questions, and can't figure out how to make that happen.
