Thanks Ashi and good job on getting them all correct! I thought this would be a fun way to apply Bloom's to a totally different set of questions to deepen people's understanding.
Thanks Charlene, It's a basic drag/drop question. In Storyline, in the "story view", you just right-click and select "new slide" from the drop-down. Select "Quizzing" from the options on the left, select the "freeform" tab, and then select "drag and drop". Now you can start building an interaction like the Bloom's one I created. To get the more-specific feedback, you can click in the "correct" and "incorrect" layers and type in alternate feedback like I did. That's basically it. I also wrote an article about how I conceived and created it on my blog page here: https://dansweigert.wordpress.com/2014/05/15/roger-ebert-the-beatles-and-blooms-taxonomy/

Hi Dan,
Wonderful way to add gaming elements to a lesson on Bloom's objectives.
On the last slide, I wasn't sure if my click had registered. I wonder if it is possible to add a trigger that will change the colour of a clicked button?
Overall a fun game!
Thanks Debra, I had a blast creating it, especially coming up with interesting people to talk about from all different fields from music to science to journalism etc.
Thanks, Dan!
Would it be possible to include any more info about these people within the game? For instance, I didn't know who the Watergate guy was. And who are the Beatles?....just kidding
And going off what Maria said, can you colorize or highlight the box selected at the end? I didn't know which one I chose. I understood the whole "Submit" part, but I couldn't tell if the square I clicked had been selected.
Thanks again for sharing your work! I love seeing these examples. As a new ID, it really inspires me to create incredible content.
