If you're still trying to down something like this I would be happy to provide an analysis for you.
It involves 3 variables that alter the states of the 'Tube line' at the base. For instance, the first 3 slides/layers would have something such as "If 'variable 1' = red/green/blue, change state to red/green/blue". After that variable 2 would be used, then variable 3.
The navigation would either link back to the original slide, or more likely there are 3 'choose track slides', where the previously clicked 'train lines' would be hidden (possibly also using t/f variables).
