Points reflect your engagement and the value you bring to the E-Learning Heroes community.
As you contribute within the E-Learning Heroes community, you’ll earn points that reflect your participation. This guide breaks down how points work, what actions are eligible, and what to keep in mind as you move through ELH Rewards.
How Points Work
Points reflect the different ways you show up and contribute within the E-Learning Heroes community.
As you participate, you earn points tied to eligible actions across the community. Points are permanent: once earned, they're yours to keep. As they build, they move you through tiers, and each tier comes with its own recognition and perks. Head to your tier hub page to see what's unlocked at your level.
Eligible Actions
Points are awarded for different types of community engagement. Every action contributes in its own way, and together they help illuminate the collective progress of the community.
Below is a full breakdown of eligible actions and point values:

Important Things to Know
Basics

Points are tracked automatically on qualifying actions within the community.

Some actions are one-time only, while others are repeatable.
Visibility

Individual point totals aren’t currently viewable within the platform.

Your tier is always visible on your E-Learning Heroes profile and updates as you progress.

We hope to add point visibility in the future and will share updates when that changes.
Points & Tier Status

Points are permanent. Once you earn them, they’re yours to keep.

What refreshes annually is your tier status, based on your program start date.

To hold your tier, you’ll need to earn about 30% of the points it took to reach it within each 12-month window. If you fall below that threshold, your tier drops one level, but your lifetime points are never affected.
Program Integrity

In certain and rare cases, points may be adjusted or removed if activity does not align with community guidelines or appears to be artificially inflating engagement (i.e., multiple one-word responses).
