Hi, Our team are currently using Articulate Review and we find that it's a great tool. However,we have found one thing that makes it slightly inconvenient for us. When one of the developers publishes to Articulate Review and starts doing different versions, this is fine as long as it was the same developer that published this they will be able to see comments from all these versions. The issue is when another developer from another account starts working on this same project and needs to see comments from previous versions for some reason. This developer will not be able to see this unless the first developer hasn't given them a shared link. Is there any way where we can collaboratively have product reviews and developers have access to all the reviews in one place? Or is it a case of creating a 'master' account and publishing from there so all of the reviews are under this one account. Please let me know. Kind Regards IssaSolved20Views0likes14CommentsLogging in repeatedly
Hi, For some reason I am having to log into my account every single day. Despite selecting 'remember me,' I am still being prompted to log in daily. Is there an issue causing this? This constant need to log in is becoming quite annoying. Please resolve this as soon as possible. Thank you.13Views0likes1CommentVimeo Links not Working in Review
Hi, I seem to have a problem where videos I've embedded into Rise from Vimeo are not showing for users when I send them the link in Review. The videos are set to 'hide from vimeo'. I've whitelisted both 360.articulate.com (review) and rise.articulate.com (preview), and all works fine in Preview mode. It's just when someone without a Rise account attempts to view it in Review. What makes it stranger is just to test it, I embedded a YouTube video below it and that played fine. Does anyone know what the problem might be? Thanks! A user asked me on LinkedIn if i could show how i did this. https://360.articulate.com/review/content/9da6c510-d15f-483f-8da8-ca151e0a7a8b/review And possibly share the sample. As Storyline Morph transition is in Beta now, this will be way easier to achieve with the Morph transition, when it is publicly available. But for his ease ( and others ) here is the Storyline.76Views0likes1CommentUnable to EDIT COMMENTS in Review 360?
I'm noticing I can no longer edit my comments (comments I originally authored) in Review 360. Anyone else experiencing this? Here's the peek recording I created to show the issue. https://360.articulate.com/review/content/f69e0554-baac-439a-b0d6-fab921130919/review It's been reported to Support as a bug, but just wanted to see if others have found this as well?18Views0likes2CommentsReview 360 not showing screenshots attached to comments
I've had two Rise courses not display any screenshots for the comments made today. In a longer page/lesson, this makes it difficult to find where you need to make that one certain copy edit. (Or several of them!) Anyone else having this issue? Any tips or tricks? Refreshing it isn't fixing it.39Views0likes4CommentsReview 360 - comments being posted under a different reviewer's name
I shared a course for review with three reviewers. For some reason, the comments for one of the reviewers are being posted as being from one of the other reviewers. For clarity: Reviewer A Reviewer B Reviewer C All invited through the review tool. Reviewer A has not provided any comments. Reviewer B has provided comments, but they appear under Reviewer A's name. Reviewer C has provided comments, which correctly appear under their name. A fourth reviewer started to provide comments using a link (not directly invited through review). Their comments are appearing as if they were Reviewer A. Has anyone else experienced this?26Views0likes3CommentsPurpose of the "My Articulate Projects" folder during SCORM export
Hello everyone, I’m currently working with Articulate Storyline, and I’ve noticed that every time I export a SCORM package directly to my desktop, a folder called "My Articulate Projects" is created in "My Documents." I’m wondering what the actual purpose of this folder is. If anyone could shed some light on its role or share their experience, I’d greatly appreciate it! Thank you in advance for your help 😊Solved18Views0likes1Comment
