4 TopicsRISE Course Starter Using Pantone Cloud Dancer
Hello everyone, For challenge #535, I’ve been experimenting with colour combinations while staying true to the lesson’s theme. I focused on various text features, keeping things simple and easy on the eyes. To create a pleasant visual palette, I chose soft shades with Cloud Dancer as the foundational colour. I’m excited about the possibility of further developing this course and making it more engaging with fun activities. I would really appreciate any feedback on my initial work! We created an interactive course sample using Articulate Storyline 360, inspired by Pantone’s 2026 Color of the Year – GLAMOUR & GLEAM. The focus was on balancing visual elegance with meaningful learning interactions to enhance the overall learner experience. 🎉 Happy New Year to all! Wishing everyone a creative, inspiring and impactful year ahead. Hi everyone! I enjoy Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in my spare time, so when I first saw the challenge, my immediate thought was the belt colors associated with the martial art. This quick experience puts you in a BJJ sparring match where the path to victory lies in identifying the correct color palette! Learners try to match the correct color to the associated Cloud Dancer Pantone Palette; as they progress, they earn a higher belt rank. Providing a quick, correct answer awards extra hints that you can use to make your journey easier. This was vibe coded in Lovable (I've been wanting to mess around with that tool for a while) and pointed as a web object in SL. Enjoy! ✌️ https://360.articulate.com/review/content/7eb4ef31-a027-42e6-97d4-b7d6dd9848f1/reviewRise Template Using Tropic Tonalities
This is my very first ELH Challenge, and wow, did I pick a doozy! I decided to make a Rise template course focusing on four colors from Pantone's suggested palette, Tropic Tonalities. Cloud Dancer served as the foundation (of course) with Kiwi Colada as anchor, and Capri and Bright Marigold as accent colors. I used playful and modern Rise fonts—Maven Pro for headers and Poppins for paragraph text—to reflect the nature of the color palette and inspirational photo. One thing that is both a blessing and a curse when using Rise is the limitations in customization (although Articulate has made great strides in improving that!). As such, I created my own previous and next buttons just so I could use the green anchor color while retaining the Cloud Dancer theme color. The other thing I discovered was that when using a color background for the tabbed interactive, the font color didn't change for better contrast (e.g., active tabs show white text on light green background, yuck). So I had to save a low-opacity kiwi rectangle as an image, upload that as a background with no overlay, and that seemed to do the trick 🥵 If I were to do it over again, I would probably make the kiwi green the theme color, and then upload Cloud Dancer as an image background over and over again, just so I could easily have functional navigation buttons in my anchor color. All in all, this was a fun experiment on seeing how I could make Rise bend more to my will, but I'd probably go with Ye Olde Storyline for better customization ☺️ Cloudy With a Chance of Dancing Rise Template
