Hello, I really like the "Apex" theme and we have been using this on all of our courses for the past few months. However, I have a 'bugaboo' that I can't find a fix for (if it even exists). Is it possible to change the font size for the course title? It seems extremely large and I'm getting some feedback that sometimes the learners can't immediately find the "Start Course" button because the text size is too distracting. Additionally, it is in almost comical juxtaposition with the font size of the lessons on the cover page. I have attached some screen captures to illustrate what I am talking about - this is while previewing the course on a 13" laptop screen, which is what our learners primarily use to take our courses. Is anyone having an issue with generating AI audio using the native AI voices? I am trying to add an Audio block on Rise with AI narration using the 'Nichalia Schwartz' voice and whenever I enter text to narrate it just resets the page. This also is happening when I try to update existing AI generated narration using the same voice / block.19Views0likes1CommentLearners not receiving Reach360 Notification about Enrollment
Hello, I added three learners and created a group. I then assigned them a learning path. Only one of the three received the email. The other two emails I own and can confirm that nothing went into junk/spam. Is there something I did wrong? How can I ensure all learners are sent emails when assigned content?
Just my two cents, AI Voices were good because we didn't need to go back to our live voice to get something redone, or if we wanted to update 1 slide or add something to a presentation. Now we are seeing voices being removed so the advantage of the AI voices is reduced. I see 2 posts this morning and it's not even lunch time from people that need to make updates to 1 or 2 slides, change a word, or add something and the voice is gone. Maybe we need to look at AI again.Solved609Views8likes17CommentsIntroducing Quick Share: One-Click Publishing for Everyday Learning

I just created and used my first custom Rise blocks--excited about this feature so I don't have to jump into Storyline to create simple interactions. One issue is that the custom interactions aren't showing in the review link I've created. I can seem them in preview mode in the course but not in review. There's no placeholder etc. It just looks as if it doesn't exist. Is this a known bug?623Views9likes20CommentsRemove Rise microlearning restart button
Hello I have a Rise microlearning activity but it's just one block - a process. That's all I need, which means the restart icon (curved arrow) that automatically appears in the bottom right of the screen doesn't do anything (there are no other lessons or blocks to navigate to). Therefore, I want to remove it as to an outsider, it just looks like a button that doesn't work. (screenshot attached). Does anyone know how to do this, presumably by editing the CSS please? I found an answer from a few years ago but it's all changed since then so I can't follow those instructions. Any help is much appreciated! Hi, community, I have an issue with an AI generated course. The course was generated on February 3rd. Today, while adjusting the theme and other details, I noticed that the second lesson is still generating. Interestingly, if I access the snapshot from the day the course was created, I can view the second lesson, but when I try to restore that version, the second lesson still appears as if it’s being generated by AI. link to the video where I show the issue.74Views0likes4Comments
