Hi everyone! I work for a company that uses an enclosed network (no internet). This is what I need to do: Log into Articulate on computer with network access. Create everything in my course that is not company proprietary. For example, here is the schematic for our newest product, with a graphic placeholder, here is the proprietary technical information, text placeholder. Publish, upload to enclosed network. Swap out graphics and information for the placeholders. I tried this with a course and opened it in Adobe Dreamweaver. My intention was to update the text and graphics by copy/pasting and updating the graphic links but it will not let me do it. Is anyone else doing this? On the closed network I have SL 3 but I learned you can't edit Rise courses, you can only add SL3 blocks to the course. Thank you!93Views0likes3CommentsIssue with Articulate Rise - AI Voice Generation
Is anyone having an issue with generating AI audio using the native AI voices? I am trying to add an Audio block on Rise with AI narration using the 'Nichalia Schwartz' voice and whenever I enter text to narrate it just resets the page. This also is happening when I try to update existing AI generated narration using the same voice / block.Cover page in Rise 360
Is there a way to make the image box smaller? I like using the full-width image however when viewed on a laptop, it takes up the screen. Users don't see the introduction paragraph and instructions and as a result, they automatically click the start button, skipping the cover page intro. I know I can use a different cover page view (for example the small box to the side wide will elevate the text area, but sometimes I need the full image space. I have changed the wording on the start button, but it just elongates the button and looks odd.597Views0likes9CommentsMigration to EU server
I want my data on an EU server but that seems impossible. I started using Articulate 5 years ago. Than there was no EU server. I did build courses and now I could not send a copy of a course to a customer I builded the course for. I see it as my content and I want to migrate to a EU server. But this is a service that Articulate does not offer. Does any now how solve this? Or perhaps some experts of the organisation can solve this for me. Hi there. We're predominantly using the Team space for our Rise courses since we collaborate on all our material. We're a small team, so we all help with editing and implementing feedback. My issue is that when a course that exists in the Rise Team space is published to Review, it automatically publishes to a Private Review space. I've scoured permissions and default options, but I can't find a way for courses to be published directly to the Team space in Review. They have to be manually moved. Is there a way to choose where the course gets published? We work in different time zones, so if one person is not online and someone else needs to implement feedback, it can be challenging if the Review lives in a Private space. I would have thought that something that lives in the Team space in Rise would automatically go to the Team space in Review, since it was already set as a Team item? Looking forward to your suggestions on this!20Views0likes1CommentRemove Rise microlearning restart button
Hello I have a Rise microlearning activity but it's just one block - a process. That's all I need, which means the restart icon (curved arrow) that automatically appears in the bottom right of the screen doesn't do anything (there are no other lessons or blocks to navigate to). Therefore, I want to remove it as to an outsider, it just looks like a button that doesn't work. (screenshot attached). Does anyone know how to do this, presumably by editing the CSS please? I found an answer from a few years ago but it's all changed since then so I can't follow those instructions. Any help is much appreciated! Thanks, Nisha41Views1like4CommentsSpace Explorer
I find immense value in using the Code Block to quickly create stand-alone, complex interactions that would be too time-consuming to do manually. As an example, this Code Block, at its simplest, could have been a table. But instead, you get to kinda-sorta travel the solar system and get a sense of exploration and discovery to make learning fun. Plus, the visual gives you a sense of scale - understanding how much relative distance there is between Earth and Mars compared to Mars and Jupiter, etc. It's not perfect. For the life of me, I cannot get the labels for Earth and Jupiter to display on the navigation scale. Were this a real course, I could imagine including images of the real planets, following it up with a quiz, maybe giving the learner specific quests or making the exploration even more fun by including small clickable items to collect in specific (or random) buttons where the learner must try to collect all 10, etc. to encourage self-exploration. https://share.articulate.com/hZGb9Vn1vAWbmRDKRICxl It was very fun to make though. All code written via maybe 10-11 back-and-forth prompts with Claude 4.5 Opus (and maybe 7-8 more trying to get the Earth and Jupiter labels to display - unsuccessfully). I attached the code here in case anyone wanted to use or play around with in Rise themselves. If you do, uncheck Auto Resize and set the Height to the max possible value.111Views7likes2CommentsAgentic Diagnostics: A 3-Tier AI Career Consultant for Personalized Learning Paths
The Problem: Most organizations know they need to train everyone on AI, but they don't know the specific pain points of their different roles. Standard surveys are slow, have low response rates, and often miss the "in-the-moment" hurdles learners face. The Solution: risecodeblockbuildathon For my Rise Code Block Build-a-Thon submission, I’ve built a tool that replaces the "one-size-fits-all" curriculum with an Agentic Diagnostic Engine. How it Increases Interactivity & ROI: Bespoke Consultation: After foundational training, learners don't just see a list of courses. They meet a "Consultant Bot" where they must describe a real-world hurdle they face with AI. Intelligent Prescription: Using Gemini 2.0 Flash, the tool analyzes their specific problem statement and prescribes the single best path from a 36-course catalog. Zero-Survey Insights: This is the game-changer. Because learners must enter their problem to proceed, the system collects qualitative data in real-time. Real-Time Data Dashboard: While the learner gets their custom path, L&D admins get a live "Hurdle Heatmap" in a private Google Sheet. Instant Analytics: No need for separate surveys. Targeted Strategy: Admins can see exactly which departments are struggling with "SME timelines" or "Technical Integration" as it happens. Security-First Architecture: ☁️ Google Cloud Function: Server-side Python keeps the Gemini API Key 100% hidden from the browser. 📜 Google Apps Script: Manages the secure bridge and logs the diagnostic data. 📂 Clean Frontend: Modern index, css, and script files provide a premium UX within Rise. We’ve moved from "guessing what people need" to "knowing exactly what they face"—all while they learn.46Views0likes2Comments
