Hi there, 1. I really like in Storyline how we don't have to make the learner take all the questions again if they only got one or two wrong as we reset to only retry the wrong answers. I have used RISE for a while but many modules created without quizzes. Now, I have a quiz, and I really don't want to make them answer all the questions again when they get one wrong. Anything I can do? 2. I locked the quiz down in that they must pass to continue. The message on the continue buttons says "You must pass knowledge check to continue" on other continue buttons you can change the wording, I can't seem to find it in quiz settings, can I change it as we called this a "Quiz" not knowledge check and I want to say "Select Retry" .. Anything I can do for this one? Thanks T77Views0likes11CommentsStoryline file which is published does not show in the Interactive block.
Does anybody know why this happens multiple times when I try to upload a storyline block into Rise? Mostly it opens after i refresh the entire page once or twice. Sometimes it does not open at all as you can see in the image I have attached here. Anybody knows why this happens?8Views0likes2CommentsIssue restoring snapshots
Hi all, is anyone else experiencing issues when trying to restore a snapshot in Rise 360? I was playing around with the feature (which for the most part seems awesome) so that I could show the team how to utilize it best, and it seems that any time we try to restore a different version, both previous and the most recent, the loading times out and we get an error that "Something went wrong". This happens even if we bypass the Preview step, and across multiple activities and on multiple devices. I've attached a screen capture to show what I mean, just wondering if it's a bug or something else going on. Cheers7Views0likes1CommentIssue with Rise360 Folder Sharing
We are experiencing an issue or gap with the folder sharing feature. Although we cannot pin point when or why this happens, account holders that have access at the folder level do not keep the same access at the sub-folder level, requiring teams to share content multiple times. In general, the folder sharing feature is cumbersome and confusing. As someone that has over 100 pages of Rise courses shared with me, I have to go one by one to move them to folders to organize; the multi-select option is only available folder to folder. Are there planned enhancements to make multi-select available in the 'All Content' and 'Shared With Me' view? How can we ensure folder access is hierarchical? Any feedback, advice, and information is greatly appreciated.4Views0likes0Comments
