I have been having a discussion with my company Workday team and they received from Workday support that "Based on the error messages provided and logs in the Word file, looks the issue is related to the SCORM file configuration. I recommend you to contact the Content Vendor Provide for checking configuration." The issue is that I am trying to use a SCORM 2004 (4th Edition) file in our Workday and get only course completion information, not the lesson interaction data. I have a screenshot below to show. I ran the file through SCORM Cloud and here is a link to the debug file: https://app.cloud.scorm.com/sc/guest/ViewDebugLog?logId=3f87c65f-34f4-49ed-b904-fbc9f2df7055&courseTitle=TRAN-0754-26%3A+Week+4+Transportation+Systems+Review+%28Assessment%29 I'm not sure what is wrong because it appears to me that it is giving the data on the questions, like what the question should be, answer, result, question type, and timestamp. The SCORM 1.2 files when tested provide all of this information except for the Question. Example image below. Workday is new for us, so my company Workday team has no idea what any of this stuff is or what the debug logs have to do with it, so any guidance would be appreciated on how we get Workday to work and present this information or what to bring up to the Workday support team to get this remedied. Thank youI'm frustrated at how limited Articulate's AI is
Hi, I'm really frustrated with how poor the AI in Articulate is. I just sent it to turn the knowledge checks from throughout my course into a final quiz, and the AI told me it couldn't do it. That is a serious limitation that is unacceptable. The Storyline AI has similar ridiculous limitations. Yesterday, I tried to get it to use my templates to build a wireframe for a new course. It told me it couldn't access my Articulate Templates. The AI images and audio are great, but the sync is useless half the time. When will we get a functional AI that has the ability to do simple things like this?17Views0likes0CommentsPlateau LMS launches SCORM 1.2 courses in a very small window.
We have published SCORM 1.2 course from Storyline 360 and uploaded on Plateau LMS. When the launch button is clicked on Plateau LMS, our course is opened in a very small browser window. Learners needs to maximize the window to view the course. This is not a good user experience. Can anything be done from Storyline/course side so that the course launches in a full window from Plateau LMS? From Storyline, the settings has been set to 'Scale player to fill browser' in Modern player.11Views0likes0CommentsHelp with Storyline Player Size
Hello, I have an issue with articulate cutting off the top of a slide when previewed or published (see attached screenshot). The slide features a free form drag and drop-exercise. The slide size is 16:9 (960x540). It was a larger size previously, but it had the same issue in that size as well. I have attached an image of the preview, as well as the browser specifications for the player.17Views0likes2CommentsElse function in triggers
I have a button set. Each button is associated with a layer. I would like a layer to appear when I click a button and disappear when I open another button's layer. Can I set an 'else' condition in a trigger, or do I need one trigger to show a button's layer when it's selected, and another to close it when it's normal? Or is there a better way to do this? Thanks!22Views0likes1CommentLMS Playability Issue
Hello, I am hoping someone can help me with a playability message when uploading a Storyline SCORM to our LMS (Blackboard Ultra). A few of our SCORMs, zipped .story files, are giving the message: “Some issues were found with this course which may affect playability”. Some of the modules that did have this message were remedy by coping the film into a new project or uploading from a different browser. However, I have 7 modules that still have that message. I have tried all the ways I can think of to remedy these modules. My LMS teams said it is a Storyline issue and not an LMS (Blackboard) issue. I am not sure where to look in Storyline to remedy this issue. I have checked triggers and links. Nothing seems out of place. Thank you.Solved48Views0likes12CommentsStandard menu interface
This is a small thing, but it would slightly reduce friction when people use Storyline. Why does the submenu pop out of the left side of the popup (options) menu, instead of the right, which would be the standard way in literally every design standard for popup menus, unless there's not enough room. (There's way more than enough room.)3Views0likes0Comments
