    I have been working in the field of CBT (pre-web days) and e-learning since 1992, and have used many different authoring tools over the years. My professional training was in the medical field but I made the jump to instructional design and have never regretted it. Currently I lead a team of instructional designers, so do not get much time to design myself. Instructional design is my passion and I constantly look for ways to build e-learning that gets learners to ENGAGE with the content rather than the interface, and which facilitates learning.
