I've been a project manager / instructional designer for three years with a company that provides risk management and workplace safety training. It's a very entreprenuerial environment -- we are big DIYers. Prior to my current job, I worked as an IT Trainer with a global legal publishing company where I trained new hires being oriented to the company and also structured brand new training for proprietary software rollouts. My current job is a nice addition to my overall training experience; I really enjoy finding new ways to reach people through eLearning and media outlets. I truly dig the Articulate forums/blogs/screenr... they've become my extended work team. Thanks in advance for everyone's participation and looking forward to all the posts!
