Carey Fried is the director of professional development at CallSource, a Westlake-based company with 200+ employees. In her role, she is responsible for performance improvement across the organization and combines online, face to face learning, and coaching with proven assessment tools for a data-driven approach to performance improvement. Carey is responsible for linking the company’s ambitious goals with L&D. In June she completed Search Inside Yourself, the Google-designed approach to mindfulness-based emotional intelligence. She is a certified DISC Trainer as well as a Certified Interpreter of The McQuaig System. -
