Cynthia Denton-Ade, owner and principal consultant and manager of CDA Performance Systems, has over 25 years experience in improving performance and developing instructional systems. Ms. Denton-Ade provides a full range of performance improvement services including needs analysis, design of learning interventions (i.e., e-learning, classroom, self-instructional), organizational consulting, facilitation, stand-up instruction, and materials development (i.e., job aids, training manuals, documentation, work procedures.) She has managed over 40 instructional design projects including communicating with the subject matter experts and stakeholders, supervising project teams, ensuring the quality of all deliverables, facilitating design meetings, and coordinated quality control testing. Ms. Denton-Ade has conducted dozens of training of trainers sessions (and coaching of trainers) for different organizations. These workshops focus on adult learning theory, learning theory, facilitation skills, with a special emphasis on working with technical trainers.
