I wear many hats at my orgainzation along with being a training facilitator. I am partial process re-designer, partial auditor, training designer, and I have recently picked up the hat of e-learning designer as well, something my organization did not have before. I am still very new to this world, but I love what Articulate gives me options to do. I am taking our organization into the new millenium.
