My role is to build a training function at Meso Scale Discovery, a life sciences company with great products for protein biomarker analysis. The company has never had a training role in the past. My responsibilities range from sales process and tools, to product launch, to new hire and experienced rep technical skills. My background includes leading training functions in the biotech, pharma, consumer healthcare, consumer products, and real estate space.
