I recently started in this position in the beautiful, isolated Kimberley region in Western Australia, and I am looking out for ideas. As well as being appointed E-Learning Coordinator for Kimberley Training Institute, I also deliver training in our national training qualification which is called Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. It's quite a boringly written qualification so it's a challenge to find ways to make it more human!
