For more than 13 years, Victoria Baker has been providing expertise in organizational management, training, professional development, and leading and delivering programs. Victoria's passion for training and instructional design was ignited while she was serving in the United States Air Force as an Technical Training Instructor delivering career specific training to new Air Force enlistees. Considered a Subject Matter Expert, Victoria was quickly appointed as the training course developer and holds Air Force certifications for Instructional Systems Design, Technical Training, Objectives and Tests and Principals of Technical Writing. Victoria is also an accomplished Artist and skilled in various media and techniques. Victoria has experience in both synchronous and asynchronous arenas and is very knowledgeable in various ISD models and methodologies.
