I have been a trainer with this organization for almost 13 years. We specialize in software for motor vehicle registration and titing. Most of my training experience has been hands on in front of users in my state teaching the DMV software or a canned webinar presentation standardized by the company for a product geared for clients registering vehicles for their out of state customers. I am a total novice to ISD, ELearning and authoring tools.
